We are sorry to announce that both Tony Hunt and Dave Walmsley have now left the club.
Tony, who transferred back to former club Reckitts on ER County League forms a few weeks back, has now also decided to complete the move at Humber Premier League level.
Meanwhile, Dave announced his decision to stand down to manager Dave Mackay-Dundas saying that, among other things, he'd simply lost his enthusiasm for football and was struggling to give the necessary commitment to the club.
With player-coach Dan Potts having departed earlier in the season, this departure of both assistant-managers means that Mackay-Dundas has now lost all three members of his "backroom" staff. In his programme notes for Saturday's game against leaders Chalk Lane, he says he respects both mens reasons for leaving but is naturally bitterly disappointed to see them go. He also says he hopes to announce news on possible replacements in the next few weeks.
Ironically, the manager himself is absent for Saturday's game, due to holidays. Therefore team affairs this weekend are in the hands of Reserve Team boss Craig Smalley, club captain Neil Rutter and senior player John Clarke.
